About This Role
- Lead design, development, and modernization of scalable, resilient, cloud-native enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Drive architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards across multiple projects and domains.

Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of application development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, multithreading, SQL/RDBMS, Cloud Platforms, Kafka, MongoDB, distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical design, architecture reviews, engineering governance, and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experienced in driving technical strategy and architecture decisions across complex engineering initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered coding assistants and modern AI-first development practices in software delivery.
