About This Role
- Lead and oversee data migration activities including building, running, and validating migration scripts ensuring high data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, making key decisions and providing solutions across multiple teams.
- Develop and optimize data migration strategies aligned with overall project goals and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Position based in Pune, India.
- Experience Required: At least 5 years in relevant data migration and Databricks platform usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SME who can manage teams and drive migration projects end-to-end.
- Strong in designing and troubleshooting complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes in cloud-based environments.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align migration efforts with business objectives.
