About This Role
- Engineer, test, deploy and maintain high performance, secure software solutions within a feature team handling full software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to deliver complex, value-adding code rapidly using DevOps and Agile practices.
- Design and support voice-based cloud solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and Cisco technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience with Python, AWS Cloud, ReactJS, DynamoDB, DevOps practices, and cloud-to-on-premises integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Contact Centre technologies including Amazon Connect and Cisco for voice cloud solutions.
- Experience with DevOps, Testing, Agile methodologies and associated toolsets.
- Work Location: Must be based in India; role is full-time and permanent.

- Experienced in complex software engineering within Agile teams responsible for end-to-end delivery and operational support.
- Skilled in integrating and supporting cloud voice technologies and distributed systems in hybrid environments.
- Proficient with programming best practices emphasizing scalability, automation, performance, and optimization.
