Lead standardization, configuration, and automation of desktop provisioning and remediation using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and related tools for enterprise clients.
Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and define/enforce best practices to ensure secure and scalable desktop environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment solutions, support application lifecycle management, and assist clients transitioning to modern hybrid infrastructures.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Endpoint Management within enterprise environments.
Expertise with SCCM (including SOE builds, updates, application deployment) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune MDM.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell) related to SCCM and Intune; experience with patch management tools.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites for hands-on support; relevant certifications like Microsoft or ITIL are highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and automating large-scale enterprise Windows endpoint environments with hands-on expertise in SCCM and Intune.
Demonstrated ability acting as final escalation point on complex issues, indicating strong problem resolution and root cause analysis skills.
Familiarity with managed services/outsourced service delivery environment and knowledge of service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL) advantageous.
