About This Role
- Own software implementation, configuration, and Level II support for vendor products focused on regulatory applications, especially Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.
- Maintain and optimize strategic business platforms across AWS Cloud and on-premises environments, including performance tuning and scripting.
- Coordinate releases, testing (QA, stress, UAT), and collaborate with business units and technology teams for application support and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Enterprise Development or Application Support.
- Experience supporting 3rd party vendor applications and operating cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
- Strong technical skills with MS SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, Windows and UNIX systems, networking basics, and scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments with strong application support and development skills related to vendor regulatory software.
- Familiar with performance analysis, system integration, and database management across multiple platforms.
