About This Role
- Integrate and analyze financial and business data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights on Revenue, Sales, Pipeline and other KPIs.
- Develop, maintain and automate recurring and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel, ensuring data quality and scalability.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple US-based networks to translate business requirements, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate insights effectively to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, reporting, analytics, or financial performance management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) and Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX).
- Working knowledge of SQL, ETL/data preparation, reconciliation, and data quality management across multiple sources.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad; Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial/business analytics and management reporting within structured business or consulting environments supporting sales, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
- Skilled in advanced data integration, modeling, automation, and application of emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot for reporting processes.
- Capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a global/distributed setting with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate complex data into business insights.
