About This Role
- Own and architect complex, high-scale frontend applications involving real-time data, streaming, and AI-generated content.
- Drive frontend performance, reliability, and production issue resolution including observability and debugging in large-scale systems.
- Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and shape frontend engineering practices across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on frontend expertise.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience designing and scaling large production frontend architectures handling asynchronous systems and real-time/streaming technologies like WebSockets or SSE.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years software engineering
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building frontend experiences for video/audio processing or dubbing workflows and handling media at scale.
- Skilled in managing frontend applications dealing with large files, long-running jobs, complex document digitization and processing workflows.
- Strong system design skills with ability to lead cross-team architectural decisions and influence without formal authority.
