About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Grafana dashboards and reporting solutions across operational and business domains.
- Define and track business and operational KPIs with regular performance and trend reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Developers) to translate requirements into effective BI and analytics solutions supporting data-driven decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Grafana including dashboard development, advanced visualizations, alerting, and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing KPI-driven reporting frameworks and enterprise-grade dashboard solutions.
- Familiarity with network management or operational monitoring environments considered advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
