About This Role
- Perform data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation under Issue Management specifically for US Banking Retail Lending.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and PySpark to manage and analyze data related to Retail Lending issues.
- Engage in stakeholder management and ensure project delivery while contributing individually and within teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and Python.
- Experience in US Banking is mandatory; Retail Lending and Issue Management experience is preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Management, Statistics, Econometrics, Database Management, or related field.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and project delivery.

- Experienced individual contributor with ability to work independently across data analysis and issue remediation.
- Familiar with US Banking Retail Lending domain and Issue Management processes.
