About This Role
- Develop and maintain full-stack features for multi-tenant referral workflows, including creation, approval, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and React-based dashboards integrated with healthcare systems like InNote and Gravity, ensuring FHIR R4 compliance.
- Implement multi-tenancy architecture with secure data isolation and lead migration to FHIR-compliant data models while maintaining >80% code coverage and deploying in Kubernetes using Argo CD.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack web development experience using Python (async), FastAPI/Django, Node.js/Express, React, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in MongoDB (primary) and PostgreSQL (optional), REST API design, healthcare domain knowledge including FHIR basics and HIPAA/compliance.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD; CI/CD pipeline familiarity required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years full-stack development experience explicitly mentioned in the JD.
