About This Role
- Lead and develop India-based infrastructure engineers supporting Technology Lifecycle Management, Operating System Lifecycle, server delivery, and vulnerability remediation aligned with global standards.
- Full leadership accountability for global Monitoring and Observability POD, including strategy, roadmap, engineering delivery, service health, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate extensively across global teams to ensure alignment, delivery commitments, and measurable service outcomes in infrastructure platform engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, technology operations or related fields.
- 5+ years of direct people-management experience.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows Server lifecycle, secure configuration, patching, and vulnerability remediation in a large enterprise environment.
