About This Role
- Build and maintain full-stack features for referral workflows including creation, approval, tracking, and fulfillment using REST APIs (FastAPI/Node.js) and React dashboards.
- Lead FHIR migration efforts converting existing data models to FHIR R4-compliant schemas and integrate with third-party healthcare APIs (InNote, Gravity).
- Implement multi-tenancy architecture ensuring data isolation, design and optimize MongoDB/PostgreSQL schemas, and deploy services in Kubernetes environments with Argo CD.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of full-stack web development experience with Python (async), FastAPI/Django, Node.js/Express, and React.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Material Design, and working knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL including schema design and SQL optimization.
- Experience with FHIR R4, HL7, REST API design, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, Postman, and monitoring tools like ELK or Datadog.
- Healthcare domain knowledge including FHIR basics and HIPAA/compliance awareness; understanding of multi-tenancy design patterns and microservices architecture.

- Candidate skilled in full-stack development focused on healthcare data interoperability and FHIR standards migration.
- Experienced in building scalable multi-tenant, microservices architectures with strong backend and frontend skills.
- Comfortable working in Kubernetes environments with automated testing, CI/CD, and collaborative agile workflows involving product, design, and QA.
