About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable AI and data platforms on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on secure architecture, governance, and automation.
- Operationalize cloud-native AI/ML solutions including Vertex AI and build automation/agentic AI workflows with agent monitoring and safety controls.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers, reviewing designs, driving delivery quality, and ensuring secure, observable, and cost-efficient AI platform operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10-12 years of overall technology experience including 4-5 years hands-on experience with AI engineering and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong hands-on expertise in AI platform engineering including MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps with secure production-grade AI system delivery on GCP.
- Proficient in AI governance, cloud security controls (IAM, encryption, compliance), automation (Python, TypeScript), and platform operational practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading scalable enterprise AI, data, and automation platform architecture on GCP, with deep understanding of generative AI and AI lifecycle management.
- Strong technical leader with proven mentoring capabilities, able to define engineering standards and lead cross-functional teams for high-quality delivery.
- Skilled in integrating AI platforms with observability, governance, cost optimization, and incident management in fast-evolving enterprise environments.
