About This Role
- Design and own the UI/UX surfaces enterprise users interact with to build, run, and supervise AI agents.
- Frame and solve complex product design problems from start to shipped solution, influencing product decisions directly.
- Operate within a small design team with early and significant impact on product workflows and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design with shipped product work (not just concepts).
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise, or AI products involving complex workflows and data-rich environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools at a production level.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru with hybrid work mode.

- Strong product design thinking with demonstrated ability to frame problems and justify design decisions based on trade-offs and shipped impact.
- Deep expertise in interaction design and information architecture for complex systems and multi-step flows, thinking in terms of systems rather than individual screens.
- Interest and informed opinions about AI agent interaction patterns, trust, transparency, and capabilities relevant to enterprise software.
