About This Role
- Support Life Insurance presales by analyzing and documenting customer requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, and proposals including RFP/RFI responses and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to map customer needs to product functionality and support estimation and scope definition.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Life Insurance business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance domain including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and core system modules like Product Configuration, New Business, Policy Services, Claims, Re-Insurance, Agency Management.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process documentation, and tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with presales activities preferred; knowledge of Health Insurance is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Life Insurance presales and familiar with digital sales channels such as B2B and B2C portals.
- Capable of creating detailed functional specifications, process flows, and gap analysis relevant to Life Insurance products.
- Able to coordinate across hybrid teams including business, technical, and product units, supporting estimation and scope definition effectively.
