About This Role
- Lead presales engagements for General Insurance/P&C domain, providing solution architecture and technology expertise.
- Analyze business requirements from RFPs/RFIs and map them to product capabilities including custom configurations.
- Coordinate with Sales, product, infra, and delivery teams to support demos, PoCs, estimation, and implementation planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in General Insurance/P&C domain.
- Strong knowledge of Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing within insurance software platforms.
- Technical knowledge of Java, Springboot, RDBMS, Cloud services, API integrations.
- Experience in presales or consulting related to insurance solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end presales for General Insurance technology solutions with deep domain expertise.
- Able to bridge technical and functional requirements, translating business needs into solution and integration architectures.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Architecture, and Delivery with good communication and presentation skills.
