About This Role
- Own and drive the product roadmap including defining priorities, timelines, and release plans.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria, overseeing feature development from concept to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage backlog, testing, go-live, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-facing role.
- Experience contributing to at least one live product or feature launch.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; technical or management background is a plus.
- Work Location: In person.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
- Capable of data-driven decision making using Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar).
- Able to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers by reading wireframes and translating design inputs into product requirements.
