About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable Java-based solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, productivity, and delivery speed across complex projects.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring design constraints are met and contribute to team effectiveness through reusable patterns and AI integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced Java development skills including OO design, concurrency, performance, debugging, and hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks (REST APIs, Security, JPA).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot/Claude Code) to accelerate delivery with validated quality, security, and test coverage.
- Practical knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Kubernetes, CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and experience developing AI agents/LLM-enabled workflows with safe handling of sensitive data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering complex, secure, high-quality code in large corporate environments with multiple technologies including Java, Microservices, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
- Skilled in integrating AI and LLM technologies responsibly into software engineering workflows, ensuring security, correctness, and performance of AI-generated outputs.
- Able to work in agile teams developing production-grade systems with strong emphasis on automation, testing, resiliency, and secure coding practices.
