About This Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of data, analytics, and automation projects aligned with business strategy.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum, promoting self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and dependencies to remove impediments and align delivery with business priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Program Management, Product Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, data analytics, data science, business IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as Scrum Master for complex, cross-functional agile teams with strong Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles knowledge.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and organizational impediments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in facilitating Agile ways of working for large, global teams across multiple regions including India, EMEA, and the US.
- Capable Agile coach who adapts practices to team maturity, drives continuous delivery improvements, and leads Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to partner across business, technology, and senior leadership in a matrixed enterprise.
