Skilled in establishing PMO governance, project metrics, portfolio reporting, and process improvements.
Background or experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, preferably with certifications like PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master.
