About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects across software, embedded, firmware and hardware from concept to commercialization and sustainment.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Software, Embedded, Hardware, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Service to deliver projects on time, within budget.
- Drive project planning, risk mitigation, resource management, Agile/Hybrid development facilitation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 8 to 11 years total work experience.
- Minimum 4+ years leading complex software development projects and cross-functional engineering teams in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid environments.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex product development projects involving software, embedded systems, hardware, and cloud solutions with global distributed teams.
- Skilled in establishing PMO governance, project metrics, portfolio reporting, and process improvements.
- Background or experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, preferably with certifications like PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master.
