About This Role
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design process from user research, wireframing, prototyping to final handoff to developers.
- Design and iterate user-centered, visually appealing interfaces across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; maintain and advocate for design systems ensuring consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-time UI/UX design experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Mandatory proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Experience designing user interfaces for all device types and involvement across all stages from concept to developer handoff.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in conducting user research and usability testing to inform iterative design improvements.
- Comfortable working independently managing multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional team environment.
- Preference for candidates with FinTech domain experience.
