About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of R&D project management deliverables using advanced PM tools and methodologies.
- Drive budget forecasting, variance analysis, and resource optimization for assigned projects, providing strategic insights for senior leadership.
- Manage global stakeholder engagement and facilitate risk mitigation, process improvements, and the adoption of digital productivity tools in a matrix R&D environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related technical field.
- 6 to 8 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or R&D organizations.
- Experience with project and financial management tools such as MS Project, Excel, SAP, and Ariba.
- Extensive experience working in a global matrix environment, comfortable managing meetings across multiple time zones.

- Strong background in R&D project management with strategic financial and resource planning capabilities.
- Experienced in managing complex, integrated global projects involving cross-functional stakeholders across diverse regions.
