About This Role
- Lead project-based analysis, problem-solving, and integration of IT systems across multiple platforms.
- Participate in long-range IT infrastructure strategic planning and operational execution.
- Drive client engagement through early involvement in solution design and risk identification throughout project lifecycles.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT or technical role.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in SCRUM or Project Management methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client communication and negotiation, particularly with Japanese clients or multicultural teams.
- Comfortable working hands-on with cloud technologies, databases, and IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
