Proven expertise in aligning ServiceNow ITAM and APM solutions with business objectives using configuration best practices and CSDM data modeling.
Experience working collaboratively with IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams in an enterprise IT governance context, familiar with ITIL frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and engage senior stakeholders with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
