Experienced finance leader with strong process excellence and continuous improvement skills (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
Proven ability to manage finance transformation projects and lead cross-functional and global matrix teams in a fast-paced FMCG or similar environment.
Strong collaboration, communication, and influence capabilities with experience working alongside outsourced BPO and technology providers.
