About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for defined business use cases.
- Ensure GenAI solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and adopted in production with automated build, test, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions; mentor AI engineers and enable non-software users on GenAI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade services.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI / LLM-based applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full lifecycle GenAI/LLM solutions including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agent-based workflows with Python automation.
- Capable of defining solution architectures aligned with enterprise AI platforms, standards, and guardrails, and driving adoption through feedback incorporation.
- Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and effectively collaborating across business and technical teams to influence technical decisions.
