About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of US Healthcare processes, ensuring achievement of key performance metrics (AHT, Utilization, Quality, TAT, Productivity).
- Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and hiring initiatives including managing Open Enrollment capacity needs.
- Oversee people management activities including performance appraisals, employee retention, training material updates, and internal/external stakeholder liaison.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, experience with JIRA EWM applications.
- Willingness to work US shifts and flexible for all shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in US Healthcare domain, preferably with Claims Testing and Benefit Configuration experience.
- Experienced in operational management with ability to meet performance metrics and lead teams effectively.
- Skilled in capacity planning, conflict management, process improvements, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
