Familiarity with Agile methodologies, knowledge of WMS platforms (ERP/Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie preferred but not mandatory), and experience in test management, code reviews, and mentoring.
Experienced technical leader capable of bridging business needs with technical execution in WMS environments, driving architecture and solution design.
Proactive in adopting and implementing AI/ML solutions within warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency and ROI.
Skilled in managing development teams, delivering software packages, code refactoring, and maintaining alignment with best practices and delivery timelines.
