About This Role
- Own product direction for AI Governance capabilities focusing on observability, policy enforcement, controls, and signal-driven governance across AI systems.
- Drive product requirements and roadmap for AI observability, enforcement, and governance workflows with a focus on SIEM and SOAR integration.
- Lead squad activities coordinating product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable and compliant AI governance solutions that anticipate regulatory and market trends.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience with enterprise software or platform products.
- Direct experience in cybersecurity, AI/MLOps, log collection, inference generation, platform observability, or risk/compliance technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in product management roles involving technical platform capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cybersecurity concepts including controls, risk signals, policy enforcement, and monitoring within AI governance contexts.
- Strong background in building SIEM and SOAR solutions tied to AI/MLOps, model lifecycle, runtime monitoring, and production governance.
- Ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear product strategies balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and platform extensibility.
