About This Role
- Develop and drive sales and service business for valve actuators and related products across Karnataka.
- Manage the full sales-service cycle including customer engagement, technical support, site visits, troubleshooting, and installation support.
- Achieve sales targets through opportunity management, forecasting, collaboration with internal teams, and market development.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in sales, service sales, or technical service within manufacturing, industrial automation, valve, actuator, or process equipment industries.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma).
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic valve actuators including servicing and troubleshooting.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Karnataka (approximately 15–20 days per month).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record combining sales capability with deep technical knowledge of valve actuators and industrial equipment.
- Experience working independently in field-based roles while collaborating with internal technical and sales teams.
- Commercially driven with strong focus on customer relationship management, business development, and meeting sales/service targets.
