About This Role
- Configure and manage SAP Field Service and Asset Management (FSA) end-to-end service lifecycle including service calls, work orders, dispatching, and status schemas.
- Maintain and extend core FSA master data, dispatching/planning boards, mobile user interfaces, smartforms, and offline capabilities for technicians.
- Handle integration and data replication with S/4HANA via Proaxia connector and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI); support automation via business rules, extensions, and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hands-on SAP FSA implementation and support experience including at least two full project lifecycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Demonstrable configuration experience in Master Data, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, mobile app usage including offline scenarios, and business rules in FSA.
- Working knowledge of FSA Data and Query APIs, OAuth2 authentication, DTO/object model, and Micro Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP FSA consultant with deep technical and configuration expertise across multiple functional areas (master data, mobile, dispatching).
- Comfortable with integration troubleshooting and development involving S/4HANA, Cloud Integration iFlows, Groovy scripting, and API usage.
- Able to manage full project lifecycle tasks from estimation, testing, documentation to support and upgrades, showing delivery ownership.
