About This Role
- Drive growth of QR and Soundbox product distribution and market share in assigned geographic area.
- Recruit, plan, and manage sales team including Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve targets.
- Ensure quality compliance through audits and monitor performance to meet management standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales track record.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
