About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in the assigned geography.
- Recruit, build, and manage a sales team to execute acquisition and growth strategies.
- Ensure quality control through audits and monitor delivery against sales targets and plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Must have strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
