Experienced in managed services environments with user support ticket handling for reporting solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing complex reporting workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD, and technical design documentation for scalable reporting solutions.
