About This Role
- Design, implement, and provide functional support and training for Oracle e-Business Suite SCM modules, focusing on client-specific customizations.
- Gather and document business requirements, manage business process flows, and drive organizational change through negotiation and consensus-building.
- Manage on-time project delivery, risk and change management, ensuring alignment with ERP planning and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Supply Chain modules with a must-have focus on discrete manufacturing.
- Experience with modules including quality, eSignatures, Inventory, BOM, Engineering, MES, and MSCA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working in teams and engaging senior management including Director/CIO levels.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Oracle SCM implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to consult with blue chip companies and senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong consultancy and negotiation skills.
- Capable of handling multiple concurrent projects with organized self-motivation and ability to follow client policies.
- Experience or willingness to work beyond previous experience areas, with functional and technical problem investigation skills and some SQL knowledge.
