About This Role
- Lead quantitative workstreams including market sizing, forecasting, and scenario modeling for custom consulting engagements across multiple consumer-related sectors.
- Develop and shape analytical frameworks and methodologies in partnership with Consulting Directors, ensuring clear, defensible client-ready outputs primarily using Excel.
- Manage, mentor junior team members, review analytical work, and help adopt AI and automation tools to accelerate research and modeling tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or strongly analytical commercial role with exposure to data modeling or market sizing.
- Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and structured spreadsheet design.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings to clients or senior stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8+ years explicitly mentioned in consulting or analytical roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading data-driven consulting projects with accountability for client-ready quantitative outputs and analytical rigor.
- Comfortable working with imperfect, multi-source data and integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in research and modeling workflows.
- Capable of managing junior consultants with a focus on maintaining quality standards and mentoring in quantitative methods and consulting judgement.
