About This Role
- Manage software asset management activities including creating, updating, tracking, and maintaining software licenses in a software management database.
- Monitor application usage and report on software compliance, including periodic auditing of software records.
- Coordinate software procurement processes, review new software requests for policy adherence, and serve as a single point-of-contact for end-user software support.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in software asset management or related IT roles.
- Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Experience with software license management, compliance monitoring, and procurement coordination.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with global users and multiple vendors for software procurement and asset management.
- Familiarity with inventory tools/central repositories for tracking software licenses and optimizing software usage.
- Capable of handling end-to-end user experience for software requests and compliance escalation effectively.
