About This Role
- Support and maintain o9’s cloud-based platform post-implementation, ensuring system reliability, smooth batch automation, and adherence to SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by collaborating with DevOps, Support, Product, and Customer teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
- Manage and analyze customer data using SQL, ETL tools, and big data technologies; automate processes and contribute to CI/CD, performance tuning, and integration testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical consulting, support, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ETL tools like SSIS, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data tools (Hadoop, PySpark, Hive) preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing post-implementation technical support and platform operations with ownership and accountability for batch processing and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working across functions and teams (DevOps, Product, Support) in a collaborative, technically complex environment.
- Skilled in data handling, automation scripting, and understanding platform data models with the focus on enhancing system reliability and performance.
