About This Role
- Own and run the operating rhythm across five Product Business Units and the CEO office, including monthly portfolio reviews, leadership meetings, and decision tracking to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the single register of commitments, dependencies, and decisions across business units, escalating unresolved conflicts to the CEO with recommendations.
- Lead special projects scoped by the CEO and represent the CEO office day-to-day in Pune, ensuring transparency and communication flow between units and CEO.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA from IIM or a top ranked business school globally; engineering or quantitative first degree is an advantage.
- 8-12 years total work experience, including at least 3 years at a top tier management consulting firm in mid-senior roles and 2 years in software/SaaS/technology product company in strategy, operations, program or chief of staff role.
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate; able to travel occasionally to Singapore.
- Experience running cross-functional programs to completion in a 200-500 person company and preparing board-level materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing senior leadership operating rhythms and scorecards with direct exposure to CEO-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
- Demonstrates strong execution ownership by owning outcomes and follow-through, not just analysis or coordination.
- Comfortable handling data, writing concisely, facilitating decisions in meetings, and using AI tools to enhance productivity.
