About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of ML infrastructure engineers based in India, managing hiring, mentoring, and scaling efforts.
- Architect and evolve ML serving infrastructure and CI/CD platforms for automated, reliable, and scalable model deployment using AWS and container orchestration technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ML scientists, data engineers, and product teams to operationalize machine learning models and drive technical roadmap and delivery alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering management or leadership experience.
- 10+ years software development experience with Python, Go, and/or TypeScript.
- 3+ years experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS and SageMaker.
- Work remotely from India; experience with distributed teams and cross time-zone collaboration required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with hands-on technical background in cloud-native distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
- Proven ability to set technical direction and deliver complex ML platform features including model serving and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable operating in a remote, cross-functional environment involving collaboration with US-based teams and ML scientists.
