About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) systems.
- Own RAR system capabilities related to revenue accounting, recognition, contract accounting, performance obligations, deferrals, accruals, adjustments, and revenue reporting ensuring compliance with IFRS 15, ASC 606, SOX, and internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Sales, Billing, and other teams to design integrated solutions, lead testing, troubleshoot production issues, drive continuous improvement and support strategic Finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years of relevant experience in Finance Systems, SAP, or enterprise Finance technology.
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles including IFRS 15, ASC 606, and compliance requirements such as SOX.
- Work Location: Hybrid model with requirement to work approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large enterprise SAP RAR implementations supporting complex global revenue models and multi-system integrations.
- Demonstrated track record managing end-to-end order to cash revenue data flows, compliance, testing, and financial close processes in cross-functional and multi-geography environments.
- Able to provide technical leadership, stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and business teams, and drive Finance system modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
