About This Role
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, binning, storage, picking, and dispatch for domestic and export customers.
- Oversee inventory control through perpetual and annual inventory checks, variance reporting, and implementing countermeasures to reduce variances.
- Ensure operational efficiency and safety by maintaining ratios (Receiving to Binning, Order to Dispatch), enforcing 5S standards, procurement and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and achieving zero export discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
- B.Tech degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to work in all shift timings.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of financial business terms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full-spectrum warehouse functions with performance metric accountability.
- Comfortable coordinating procurement and maintenance approvals for warehouse equipment and services.
- Skilled in maintaining strict operational and quality standards including safety, 5S, and discrepancy reduction for export processes.
