About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement for OPEX categories including office supplies, IT, travel, facility management, and professional services.
- Negotiate with vendors and process purchase orders complying with company policies, ensuring timely delivery and vendor performance management.
- Identify cost savings and process improvements while coordinating across Finance, IT, Facilities, and Operations for procurement needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience with exposure to OPEX procurement.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement of indirect/OPEX categories like facility management, IT procurement, travel, consumables, and AMC contracts.
- Strong in vendor sourcing, negotiation, commercial evaluation, and contract management with a focus on cost optimization.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with multiple business units and managing multiple procurement requirements under deadlines.
