About This Role
- Lead and execute logistics transformation and global warehouse strategy deployment across APAC sites, including coordination with selling entities.
- Manage cycle count governance, warehouse storage design, and optimisation, working with third parties to improve storage efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct site assessments, deliver training, perform audits (Rotork Business System), gap analyses, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and supplier development programs.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, and logistics engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing material management and replenishment procedures.
- Proven track record in delivering high-impact business outcomes and managing senior internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, agile, and dynamic environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end logistics transformation and warehouse strategy implementation within manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably APAC region.
- Skilled in stakeholder management at senior levels and managing cross-functional projects involving third parties and global governance.
- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and familiar with business system audits and gap analysis processes.
