About This Role
- Perform insurance eligibility verification and claims processing for dental and medical cases.
- Manage billing queries, maintain documentation, and assist with accounts receivable and denial management.
- Develop practical understanding of US Healthcare and Dental Revenue Cycle Management processes while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work US night shift (Monday to Friday).
- Work Experience Required: Freshers (Fresh Graduates) eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Willingness to learn US Healthcare and Dental RCM processes through on-the-job training.
- Comfortable working in work-from-office setup in Ahmedabad location during US night shift.
- Possession of BDS qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
