About This Role
- Lead and manage production management for a designated area or product to ensure availability and platform integrity aligned with roadmap releases.
- Drive continuous improvements in production processes and collaborate with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver timely, compliant, and resilient application solutions.
- Oversee prioritization and scheduling of inbound work requests, manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, and ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulatory obligations.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years experience in application and production support within an enterprise or banking environment.
- Proven expertise with AWS infrastructure and services including EC2, ELB, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena, Kafka, Kubernetes, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Application Support following ITIL processes.
- Proficient in agile working methods and tools.

- Demonstrates strategic ownership of application availability and platform resilience, including compliance with SOX and disaster recovery.
