Experienced in managing production environments in complex, regulated enterprise or banking IT settings.
Demonstrates strategic ownership of application availability and platform resilience, including compliance with SOX and disaster recovery.
Able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.
