Experienced in operational risk, control execution, exception management, escalations, and audit evidence standards relevant to payments and fund operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions and communicate complex operational matters clearly, including escalations.
Demonstrated team management experience with guiding juniors, prioritizing workloads, and fostering accountability and quality in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
