About This Role
- Own end-to-end AWS infrastructure design, build, and operation for Athena and XED's products focusing on scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Architect and manage integration with high-concurrency, rate-limited third-party AI and media streaming APIs with real-time requirements.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, and security compliance including GDPR data-processor obligations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating AWS production infrastructure including scaling for thousands of concurrent users.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Available to join within two weeks; fully remote location in India.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK), containerization, CI/CD, and observability experience explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with proven ability to architect and operate latency-sensitive, API-dependent production AWS systems at scale.
- Experienced working remotely in engineering teams with strong operational ownership of infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success improving reliability, cost efficiency, and engineering velocity in cloud infrastructure contexts.
