About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive data models and enterprise data architecture standards.
- Lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure accurate and governed master data across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals, compliance, and performance needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in enterprise data solutions design and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, data governance, database management, data warehousing, and ETL.
- Experience working preferably within CRO/Pharma industry.
- Work Experience Required: 6–8 years.

- Experienced data architect familiar with regulatory compliance and data governance in CRO/Pharma contexts.
- Skilled at setting and enforcing data standards, metadata management, and security frameworks.
