About This Role
- Lead a high-performing software engineering team focused on enterprise software and AI-powered solutions.
- Drive technical strategy, software best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business problems.
- Own AI/ML integration within automation frameworks and optimize system performance, including migration from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years total experience including team management, high-end RPA development, and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML focused on NLP and LLM frameworks (OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Must have experience in UiPath to Power Automate migration, Power Automate AI Builder, agentic AI frameworks, and Azure Cloud setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager capable of overseeing software engineering teams building scalable AI and automation solutions.
- Strong background in conversational AI, reinforcement learning, and large-scale data processing.
- Proficient in emerging GenAI tools and frameworks with demonstrated ability to innovate within AI/ML development and enterprise automation transformation.
